Terms of Service and Use
Welcome to Homeclub! Our websites are located at joinhomeclub.com, gohomeclub.com, and account.gohomeclub.com (this “Site”) is owned by Homeclub, LLC. (“Homeclub”). Homeclub provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit, join, schedule and use Homeclub or Homeclub services, access this Site from your mobile devices, or use software provided by Homeclub in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, “Homeclub Services”). Homeclub provides its products and services subject to these Terms of Service.
By using Homeclub Software, apps and online systems, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using this Site, mobile application or other Homeclub product or service on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (collectively, “Device”), you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered PRO of Homeclub. Homeclub may change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. When we make changes, we will post them here. Your continued use of the Homeclub Systems or software shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use this Site or any Homeclub Systems or software and immediately request to be cancelled as a PRO.
When you use any Homeclub Systems or software or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by phone, e-mail, or through our software. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
FOR OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
By partnering with Homeclub, you agree to offer our members reliable, quality service. You will work for Homeclub as an independent contractor. You may be hired by our members to work on an as needed basis, or maybe given a contract to work on a month-to-month basis. You must have your own transportation, tools, and valid driver’s license. For our Handymen, a service fee of $5.00 will be deducted from each hour of service that is booked. This covers your general liability insurance (from month-to-month), credit card processing, member billing, member support, and dispatching fees. In some cities, you may be required to lease a vehicle and tools from Homeclub. For our Maids, a service fee of $6.00 will be deducted from each hour of service that is booked. This covers your general liability insurance (from month-to-month), credit card processing, member billing, member support, and dispatching fees. For our Lawn Pros, a service fee of $14.95 or $19.95 will be deducted monthly from each lawn you service. This covers your general liability insurance (from month-to-month), credit card processing, member billing, member support, and route scheduling fees. These fees are only taken from money paid by members for usage fees or monthly lawn maintenance fees. No fees are taken from initial cut fees, or revenue received from additional landscape services – except credit card processing and bank fees.
UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATION OF OUR MEMBERS
When you become an approved PRO and partner with Homeclub, you agree to be hired and receive ALL your bookings (jobs) through our approved websites and booking app. If you receive a booking directly from any of our members or member referrals, and that booking did not come thru our approved booking website or app, then that booking is considered an unauthorized solicitation. Any unauthorized booking is defined as a booking in which Homeclub does not receive a booking fee. Your access with Homeclub may be terminated if you violate these terms.
PRO TRAVEL PERKS
As a Homeclub PRO, you have access to over 100,000 vacation rentals and resort properties from around the world. Our Travel Perks are available to all active Homeclub PROs, their family and friends. Your membership allows you to book an unlimited amount of 7-night stays at any of these locations (based on availability). Prices start at just $199 for each 7-night stay at a vacation property of your choice. The price you pay is for the full 7-nights stay, and is not per person or per night.
Prices start at $199 and vary based on unit size and dates of travel. Maximum occupancy will apply to each unit rented. Homeclub’s Travel Perks can be shared with your family and friends at no additional cost to you.
Once you complete the form, a local Club Manager will contact you within 24 hours with available dates and locations for your travel. Make your selection, then make payment to complete your booking. A reservation confirmation will be sent via email within 72 hours.
No timeshare sales presentation or resort preview required. These are actual vacation stays you are booking. Use your travel benefits as often as you want. All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

REAL ESTATE PERKS
When you use our affiliate Real Estate Broker to buy or sell your home, you will instantly save .5% (half of one percent) off your real estate commissions if our broker is representing only one side of the transaction, and instantly save 1% (one percent) if our broker is representing both sides of the transaction. Offer applies to all Homeclub PROs, their families and friends.
Your total real estate commissions will be reduced by the discounted amount at closing, and will reflect on your HUD 1 closing statement. Contact our member perks manager with additional questions at: firstname.lastname@example.org
ACCOUNT CONFIDENTIALITY AND ACCESS
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your software/app portal, all activities occurring under your PRO software/ app portal and all access to and use of the Homeclub Systems by anyone using your PRO portal, whether or not such activities and access are actually authorized by you, including but not limited to all communications, transactions, and obligations. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your PRO login. Homeclub shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use, access or any other breach of security of your PRO portal, including but not limited to your PRO sign-in password and email address. You acknowledge and accept that your use of the Homeclub System is in compliance with these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge and accept that Homeclub shall have no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any PRO portal activity, including scheduling activity following a proper log-in to your PRO software/app or any Homeclub site, which is defined as a matching and current PRO sign-in and user password. You shall notify Homeclub immediately of any unauthorized access to your PRO portal or any other unauthorized use of any Homeclub Systems.
You agree that Homeclub may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, suspend or limit access to your PRO portal based on any of the following: (a) breach or violation of these Terms of Service; (b) upon request by law enforcement; (c) unforeseeable technical or security issues or problems; (d) extended periods of inactivity; or (e) fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity, or any other activity which Homeclub believes is harmful to its business interests: or (f) for no reason. You agree that any termination, limitation of access and/or suspension shall be made at the sole discretion of Homeclub, and that Homeclub shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination, limitation of access and/or suspension of your PRO software/app Account.
